The Social Security Administration will only issue Social Security Cards to individuals who are eligible to work and has a valid job offer in the United States.
What To Bring to Social Security Office:
1. Complete Social Security Card Application form (form may be downloaded at www.ssa.gov/online/ss-5.pdg go to page 5)
2. A passport and an I-94 with a current F-1 Visa
3. Current I-20 with red stamp on page one
4. PCC school ID Card
5. A letter of Offer of Employment from the campus department
6. A letter of Support for Employment written by the International Student Office staff
